My wife a I were looking to purchase acreage in the Esk/Toogoolawah areas and we saw a property close to the township of Esk and we noticed an L J Hooker Esk for sale sign outside, I rang the office telephone number on the sign and made an enquiry about the property and the very pleasant receptionist transferred my call to Mark Pitkin who introduced himself and Mark and I made arrangements for us to meet at the property the following morning at 9 am and Mark was on time. Mark showed my wife and I around the property and was extremely helpful and he knew all about the Esk/Toogoolawah areas. This particular property was not really what we were looking for. After a few weeks my wife and I found a property in the Toogoolawah area and it had an L J Hooker Esk for sale sing out the front and it had another sales persons mobile phone on it, however because my wife and I had created a friendship/relationship with Mark, I rang Mark and we agreed to meet at the property two days later and again Mark met us at the property on time. I have worked in the public sector for more than 40 years and I know what it is like to deal with customers/clients and Mark Pitkin has showed very good customer service skills and his communication skills, Mark is calm and has a very nice way about him, he is very easy to deal with. My wife and I decided to sign a contract on this property and settlement day is another 10 days or so away, however Mark has kept in contact with us all the way just to make sure all is OK.
